About Busola Dakolo

Busola Dakolo is a passionate professional photographer who embraces the spirit of continuous learning. She is resilient to achieve her goals despite environmental limitations. She graduated from University of Ilorin in 2005 from Geology and Mineral Sciences Department. She worked in an Oil & Gas servicing company for a year then switched over to the banking industry. She was exposed to the technology world while she worked in the banking industry and since then, she has been riding on the use of technology as a tool for continuous learning to develop her skills set after her resignation in 2010. She got her certification in Prince2 Project Management Foundation as a stay home mother. She decided to chase after her new found love, photography, in 2015. She attended New York Film Academy, New York that same year. Her skills growth has gotten the attention of Elle magazine and Profoto lighting company on social media, She has also created content for Genevieve magazine and worked with many celebrities in Nigeria. She loves to inspire young people to build winning mindset that helps them to succeed regardless of the downside of life. Organizations like MTN Nigeria have engaged her in projects to inspire over 3000 students in the tertiary institution through her self improvement journey. She is the Founder of Skills Kitchen, an online learning platform which launched in 2018 and trained over 2,000 youths within the first year. She is a family woman and holds family so dearly, wife of Timi Dakolo and proud mother of Alexander, Hallel and Zoe Dakolo.
